Eligibility
To register as a member of Subhlagaan.com or using the facilities, you must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males). Subhlagaan.com is only to facilitate lawful marriages between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they are subject. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By registering with us, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force or any order or decree or injunction from any court, tribunal or any such competent authority restraining you from entering into matrimony. You also agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If at any time Subhlagaan.com is of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, Subhlagaan.com reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and / or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee. Providing ID proof and age proof becomes mandatory in this case.

Terms
You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to Subhlagaan.com; in the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription or enrollment fees. Subhlagaan.com may terminate your Access to the facilities of your membership for any reason effective upon sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other mail address as you may later provide to Subhlagaan.com. If Subhlagaan.com terminates your membership because you have breached the Agreement or for your non-cooperation over a period such as non-response or for any unnecessary misbehavior with Company personnel, you will not be entitled to any refund of any Subscription fees. Even after this Agreement is terminated, certain provisions will remain in effect including sections 4,5,7,9 -11, inclusive, of this Agreement.

Non-Commercial Use by Members
The Subhlagaan.com services are for the personal use of individual members only; it cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. This includes providing profile information to other persons apart from the concerned registrant or whether deemed competitive to Subhlagaan.com or otherwise. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses cannot become Members of Subhlagaan.com and should not use the Subhlagaan.com Services for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Services, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Services will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

Membership Review
Subhlagaan.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to review the activity & status of each membership & block the membership of a member based on such review. You hereby confirm that as on date of this registration, you do not have any objection to receiving emails, messages and calls from Subhlagaan.com and members of Subhlagaan.com as long as you are a registered member of Subhlagaan.com. This consent shall supersede any preferences set by you with or registration done with the Do Not Disturb (DND Register)/ National Customer Preference Register (NCPR). This consent extends to emails, messages or calls relating but not limited to phone number verification, the provision of matchmaking service, matrimonial enquiries and promotions. You cannot engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any profile or service through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Subhlagaan.com Members. Although Subhlagaan.com cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the Subhlagaan.com, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Service in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. In order to protect Subhlagaan.com and/or our Members from any abuse / misuse, Subhlagaan.com reserves the right to restrict the communications which a Member may initiate with other Member in any 24-hour period to a limit which Subhlagaan.com deems appropriate in its sole discretion. Subhlagaan.com reserves the right to limit communications/messages that you may send to other Member(s) at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice to any Member.

Proprietary Rights in Content on Subhlagaan.com communication
Subhlagaan.com owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Subhlagaan.com Service. The communications contain the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Subhlagaan.com, and its licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you cannot copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. Any such act or an attempted act on your part shall constitute a violation of this Agreement and your membership is liable to be terminated forthwith by Subhlagaan.com without refund of any of your Subscription or enrollment fees.

Member Disputes
In case of Compact, Booster package you shall have the full authority for self-selection of a suitable profile and your selected profile will be counted only to proceed further but Subhlagaan.com will not be responsible if your selected profile declines your profile or does not proceed for meeting with any reason. Each of your selected profiles will be counted from the total committed number of profiles in the ‘Communication Letter’. This letter will be issued to you at the time of membership registration and will be sent to you through e-mail. Subhlagaan.com is not liable to provide the number or contact details of the other party if they do not wish to share the contact information with the third party. You will be entitled to receive contact information only from the party who is interested in further communication and proceedings. In case of Privilege Membership Process Subhlagaan.com will send the matching and verbally interested profiles to you first as per your criterion laid to Subhlagaan.com; (except looks which is undefined) you need to select the profiles you like most and after that Subhlagaan.com will send your profile presentation to those selected profiles. Now, the profiles that will respond and finally like your profiles after viewing your photo and rest of the information through your presentation, Subhlagaan.com will arrange meeting between you and them. Each of such profiles will be counted from the total committed number of profiles in the ‘Communication Letter’. This letter will be issued to you at the time of membership registration and will be sent to you through mail. Subhlagaan.com will not be responsible anyway upon the consequences of the meeting but the feedback of the meeting will be shared to both the families. Before initiation of any communication with profiles sent by Subhlagaan.com you need to take Subhlagaan.com consent because meetings will be arranged by Subhlagaan.com only after taking feedback from both. Failing of which for any consequences Subhlagaan.com will not be responsible and Company may on its sole discretion will be obliged to close your membership agreement without furnishing any notice and without refunding the amount involved in the membership. In case of Elite (Unlimited Time), Extreme(Unlimited Time), Fusion (365 days or marriage fix) membership Process Subhlagaan.com will send you only the fully matched profiles with your criterion and also the profiles those are already interested in your profile after detailed Communication. Each of such profiles will be counted from the total committed number of profiles in the ‘Communication Letter’. This letter will be issued to you at the time of membership registration and will be sent to you through e-mail.

Privacy
Use of the Subhlagaan.com Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Subhlagaan.com is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information given by you to avail our Service. Subhlagaan.com is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or combination thereof in connection with the Subhlagaan.com Service. The exchange of matrimonial profile(s) through or by “Subhlagaan.com" is for only matrimonial offer. Subhlagaan.com cannot guarantee or does not promise any specific marriage fix in a specific time frame by the use of Subhlagaan.com Service. Subhlagaan.com only guarantee the best possible services throughout the scheduled time frame opted by you.

Disputes
If there is any dispute about your information provided to Subhlagaan.com for the Services, you unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in Kolkata, India only.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Subhlagaan.com, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, fully indemnified and harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or any fraudulent act on your part.

Other

• By becoming a Member of the Subhlagaan.com service, you agree to receive certain specific email, messages, letters from Subhlagaan.com and/or its group Companies
• This Agreement, accepted upon use of the services of Subhlagaan.com and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the Subhlagaan.com service, contains the entire agreement between you and Subhlagaan.com regarding the use of the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

By becoming a member of Subhlagaan.comand/or using the Services of the Site, you unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read the above provisions and agree to abide by them. Also, you solemnly admit that the information you have shared with us verbally and in writing, all are true and at the best of your knowledge and if we undergo any verification of the same you shall not have any problem with it.

*Online bill and a detailed Communication Letter along with the Package Details and Term & Condition will be emailed to you after your Payment gets realized by the account department.

I have read the above terms and condition of Subhlagaan.com and understood it in this form and agree to abide them. I solemnly pledge that the information I have provided during initiation of the membership, are all true and can be verified as per company for settlement of the negotiation.

Cancellation Policy.

Customer acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Customer cancels their channel subscription (both month-to-month and annual plans).
